Moved on from Sullivan Law
As of July 11, 2023, Merrill A. Hanson, Esq. resigned from Sullivan Law. This was an elective decision by Merrill to live a better life and return to self-employment. He continues to do estate planning and select probate and trust administration matters.
Notices are being sent out in waves throughout the month of July and August. If you are/were a Sullivan Law client, may transfer your file to the new law firm, Law Office of Merrill A. Hanson (originally started in California in 2013), you can stay with Sullivan Law, or you can choose to hire a new attorney. Merrill A. Hanson is happy to take your case. To transfer to Merrill, simply write to lisa@mindenlaw.com and say you would like your file transferred to Merrill. Files and trust account balances will not transfer without a written request from the client.
